CHINAPLAS 2024 will be held at National Exhibition and Convention Center（Shanghai, Hongqiao）from April 23 to 26, 2024. Liuzhou Jingye Machinery will display 3 automatic one-step Injection Stretch Blow Molding machines, respectively, to show their applications in different fields. Booth number: 8.1 D16.

Exhibit 1: Bi-injection system mixed color ISBM machine

The production process of the two-cavity Tritan sports water bottle will be demonstrated on site. The colors of the bottle are evenly distributed, the gradual effect is obvious, and the appearance is beautiful. The process through the precise control of two injection units, as well as breakthrough hot runner technology, combined with more than 20 years of Jingye company's mature experience in the mold design and manufacturing of sports water bottle industry, can achieve the multi-cavity, high output, low energy consumption, simple process, stable production.

Exhibit 2: WISBIII-110AD double-row ISBM machine

The double row twelve cavities 120ml PET bottle mold will be displayed at the booth. The machine adopts a double row mold layout to maximize the use of the mold space of the machine, which solves the problem of imbalanced material discharge of hot runner, so that the quality of each cavity product is guaranteed. The model can meet the needs of large orders of a single product using as few machines as possible in pharmaceutical packaging, food packaging and other industries, in order to achieve a lower production cost of a single product.

The model will be equipped with a six-cavity cosmetics container mold and is a tail-cutting device (the bottom gate will be clean and flat after the tail-cutting).
