Jingye ISBM Machine Series WISBIII-75AS: Small, Cost-effective One-Step Injection Stretch Blow Molding machine

WISBIII-75AS is a model in the series of Jingye ISBM Machine, which is aimed at small capacity or low production High-end products. The product capacity of this model ranges from 2ml to 500ml, but it can also produce larger product after specially modified. 

As illustrated above, WISBIII-75AS demonstrated live operation with two cavities 100 ml PETG thick wall cosmetics packaging bottle mold in CHINAPLAS 2023 Exhibition. These thick wall cosmetics packaging bottles use PETG material, the body wall thickness is 3mm and the bottom wall thickness is 4mm. With transparent appearance and excellent glass texture ,it can meet the strict appearance requirements of customers for cosmetic packaging.

Not only that, WISBIII-75AS is suitable for raw materials including PET, PETG, PC, PCTG, PP, etc., which can also produce PES, PPSU and other special materials after proper modification. It can produce mascara, makeup bottles, PETG cosmetic bottles with thick walls and bottoms, eye drops bottles, syrup bottles, and plasma separation bottles.
