The Jingye three-station “injection-stretch-blow” production technology encompasses multiple stages, including the main machine, molds, and forming processes. Jingye Company has been engaged in the research and development of this technology for over a decade.
 

The layout of the three-station machine is as follows: The first station injects preforms, the second station stretches and blow-molds the bottles, and the third station ejects the finished bottles.

Its advantage lies in the fact that, after the tube preform is injection-molded, it is directly subjected to stretch blow molding using the residual heat it retains, thereby avoiding the drawbacks of first cooling the preform, losing heat in the process, and then reheating it—a cycle that results in repeated energy consumption. This production process reduces energy waste and enables the product to be formed in a single step without intermediate handling stages, completely eliminating the possibility of preforms colliding with each other and thus ensuring the product’s appearance.
 

It can meet the market demand for high-end products, such as PPSU baby bottles, Tritan sippy cups, and PET packaging bottles for cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
The materials that can be used include PET, PP, PC, Tritan, PPSU, PETG, and others.
