Advantages of One-Step “Injection Blow Molding” and “Injection Stretch Blow Molding” Machines

1. The entire production process—from preform injection to blow molding—is completed in a single machine, eliminating the need for secondary heating and thereby saving energy consumption.
2. The product is formed in one step, eliminating surface damage caused during the storage and transportation of tube blanks, thereby meeting higher requirements for product surface quality.

3. No warehousing costs associated with storing billets, thereby saving on site investment costs;
4. The bottle mouth is formed in a single injection-molding process, fully ensuring high dimensional accuracy and a smooth, even surface.

5. The production process is fully automated and computer-controlled, reducing human-induced instability factors, lowering labor requirements, and improving product quality.
6. In conjunction with a robotic manipulator, this system can be directly connected to the automated inspection and packaging line at the backend, enabling fully automated, unmanned operation and providing the foundational conditions for aligning with Industry 4.0.
