DEVELOPMENT HISTORY
1992
In 1992, the innovative “vertical injection-molding and blow-molding” process was developed and subsequently awarded a patent for the “fully automatic multi-functional hollow molding machine.”
1997
Liuzhou Jingye Machinery Co., Ltd. was established; it manufactures the WB series fully automatic injection blow molding machines (single-station injection blow molding machines).
1999
The first-generation fully automatic injection blow molding machine for producing baby bottles from PC (polycarbonate) materials has been developed. This domestically produced equipment, one of the few capable of replacing imported machinery, was subsequently expanded to other industries such as space cups (sports water bottles).
2005
Launch the WIB series fully automatic dual-station injection blow molding machine;
2006
The production base has been relocated to the Xinxing Industrial Park in Liuzhou City, with the production workshop covering an area of 4,000 square meters.
2008
Launched the WISB series of dual-station “injection-stretch-blow” hollow molding machines; in the same year, launched a fully automatic “injection-blow” hollow molding machine capable of using TRITAN raw materials.
2009
We have successfully launched a fully automatic, dual-station, double-row “injection blow molding” machine for producing lactic acid bacteria bottles. The daily production capacity reaches 100,000 bottles at 100 ml per bottle. We continue to refine and upgrade the equipment; currently, our specialized lactic acid bacteria bottle production line features a dual-power system, resulting in shorter cycle times and higher output.
2013
Selling to Europe the largest single-unit injection blow-molding machine in China, capable of producing 15L containers;
2014
Launch a dedicated model tailored for mass production of LED light bulbs in response to market demand.
2016
The second-phase workshop building has been completed and put into operation, covering an area of 8,000 square meters and further enhancing production capacity.
2017
The WISBⅢ series three-station injection stretch blow molding machine was launched and a utility model patent was obtained, with patent number: ZL 2018 2 0973293.5.
2018
Regained the title of National High-Tech Enterprise; launched a high-speed “injection blow” machine.
