Liuzhou Jingye Machinery Co., Ltd. is one of the largest blow-molding equipment manufacturers in South China and among the earliest domestic companies to engage in the development and production of fully automatic “injection-blow” molding machines. Tongguang Media: In 2013, what were the most significant events that occurred at your company? During this year of development, what was your deepest impression of China’s plastics industry?

Mr. Li Hui: 2013 was a pivotal year for Jingye Machinery Company. During this year, we experienced numerous significant developments and achieved a new milestone in sales performance, continuing to maintain a growth rate of over 30%. We also made substantial progress in new product development, particularly in the application of LED lampshade production. This product is manufactured using the fully automatic one-step injection blow molding machine model WIB-52PC, which has received widespread recognition and boasts an exceptionally promising sales outlook! On the other hand, our fully automatic injection blow molding machine model WIB-50D, specialized in the production of lactic acid bacteria bottles, continues to enjoy strong market demand and robust sales performance.

Tongguang Media: The K Fair is a major industry event highly regarded by the plastics industry. What insights did you gain from this year’s K Fair? And how might these insights inspire your participation in next year’s ChinaPlas exhibition?

Mr. Li Hui: The K Fair has indeed left me with many impressions. This exhibition is large-scale, and both the quality and level of the products are exceptionally high. Many foreign companies have showcased highly significant products—especially numerous new products, some of which have never been exhibited at domestic trade shows before. By contrast, Chinese exhibitors’ on-site performance and overall image have been rather average. Foreign companies clearly harbor a degree of caution toward visitors from China.

Tongguang Media: What is your personal leadership and management style? In your view, how can a company maintain robust vitality?

Mr. Li Hui: To enable a company to thrive and maintain robust vitality, the first key is to possess creativity and innovative capability. In recent years, we have continuously developed new products and successfully launched them into the market. Second, perseverance is crucial for us. For the past 17 years, we have consistently stayed true to our technological vision. The “vertical injection-molding and blow-molding process,” pioneered by Jingye Machinery Company in China, has undergone more than 20 years of research and development, and today has evolved into two major series comprising over ten models of mature products. Back when we had no established products to draw upon and lacked substantial financial backing, we relied entirely on our own explorations, painstakingly accumulating experience bit by bit. Without unwavering perseverance and determination, this would have been absolutely impossible. We have always remained focused on the R&D and production of the “vertical injection-molding and blow-molding process.” Among these efforts, our “composite core” technology—representing a high level of technical expertise—has made it possible to produce highly transparent, high-quality products. Even during challenging times when we faced technical obstacles or encountered production difficulties, we never gave up. Therefore, to sum up, the modest achievements we’ve made stem from two key factors: first, our technological advancement; and second, our relentless and tenacious spirit of progress. Today, we can proudly say that Jingye Machinery Company has pioneered an entirely new “blow-molding” production process. This innovative technological concept is now driving a new direction in the development of “blow-molded hollow-body molding machines!” Our particular strengths lie in several key production areas—including baby bottles, sports water bottles, and, most notably, the booming market for LED lighting lampshades!

Tongguang Media: As a senior executive of a leading company in the plastics industry, what plans did you make for the company’s development in 2014?

Mr. Li Hui: In the future, Jingye Machinery Company will continue to develop more innovative products to meet the ever-growing market demand. We are committed to enhancing product quality and aligning ourselves with international high-quality standards—this was one of the most profound insights we gained at K Fair. Among the top-tier plastic machinery manufacturers, those with premium prices and first-class quality were the most active exhibitors and highly favored by buyers! Meanwhile, given the serious issue of domestic companies imitating our products and infringing upon our company’s patents, we will take measures to step up our efforts in protecting intellectual property rights!

Jingye Machinery Company will begin construction of its production facility starting in 2014, expanding its production capacity and creating a larger and better development space, with the goal of reaching a production level of 300 units/set!
