Four-station Injection Stretch Blow Molding Machine
This model features a four-station layout, which includes: 1. Injection of tube preforms; 2. Adjustment of bottle preform temperature; 3. Stretch blow molding; 4. Bottle removal and product extraction. It is widely used in cosmetic packaging, daily chemical packaging, pharmaceutical and medical packaging, and is suitable for materials such as PET and PETG.

This series of machines features a three-station structure and is divided into three models: The AS model is primarily used in packaging applications for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and other industries. It is suitable for materials such as PET and PETG. The BS model is mainly used in the packaging industry for daily-use products like water bottles. It is suitable for materials including PC, Tritan, PP, and SK resin. The CS model is primarily used in the packaging industry for daily-use products such as baby bottles. It is suitable for materials including PPSU. The layout of the “Injection-Draw-Blow” three-station machine is as follows: In the first station, preforms are injected; in the second station, the preforms are stretched and blown into finished bottles; and in the third station, the finished bottles are ejected. Its advantage lies in the fact that after the preform is injection-molded, it directly undergoes stretch-blow molding using the residual heat retained within the preform itself. This eliminates the need to cool the preform first, which would result in heat loss, and then reheat it—a process that involves repeated energy consumption. This production process reduces energy waste and enables one-step molding of the product without intermediate handling or transportation stages, completely eliminating the possibility of preforms colliding with each other and thereby ensuring superior product appearance.
Injection Blow Molding Series – Models for Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Packaging Containers
This model is suitable for materials including HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS, and more; it is primarily used for packaging containers such as pharmaceutical bottles, lactic acid bacteria beverage bottles, and cosmetic containers. The WIB-60D-G is an upgraded version of the WIB-50D. Its production efficiency has increased by 25% to 50%, making it ideal for meeting higher-volume production needs. Taking a 100 ml lactic acid bacteria bottle as an example, with a 14-cavity mold, daily production capacity can exceed 100,000 units. By adopting a vertical working mode, the projected area of the mold is reduced, allowing the machine to complete the molding process with lower clamping pressure, thereby achieving energy savings. The mold features an integral billet-inlaid structure, ensuring that the final product has only two parting lines. You can select the model that best suits your product specifications and production requirements. The production range spans from 2 mL to 2000 mL. Injection Blow Molding Series – Water Bottle and Baby Bottle Models
This series of machines is primarily used in the production of sports water bottles (space cups), baby bottles, and similar products. The applicable materials include transparent resin types such as PC, PETG, Tritan, PPSU, PES, AS, and SAN. By adopting a vertical working mode, the projection area of the mold is reduced, allowing the molding process to be completed with lower clamping force, thereby achieving energy-saving effects. The molds feature an integrated blank-in-mold structure, ensuring that the final product has only two parting lines. The product can be molded over a wide range, from as little as 2 ml up to 15,000 ml. (Note: Larger sizes can be custom-made upon special request.)

These special transparent product molds are primarily designed for producing highly transparent materials such as PC, PETG, PMMA, TRITAN, PPSU, and PES. 2. A unique “composite core mold” technology enables the core to not only perform the blowing function but also circulate the cooling medium internally, making the production of transparent materials a reality. Ordinary Material Product Molds: 1. These molds are mainly used for producing materials such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, and PS. 2. Imported mold steels are selected. 3. Heat treatment processes are employed to enhance hardness and durability. 4. The structure is simple, making it easy to learn and maintain.
