Production of large-capacity, eco-friendly, outdoor-specific water bottles

When engaging in outdoor activities or traveling at home, we need to drink plenty of water to promptly replenish lost fluids. In such situations, a lightweight, easy-to-carry sports water bottle—beautifully designed, transparent, and both hygienic and environmentally friendly—can bring even more comfort and convenience to your daily life. Using the fully automatic one-step injection blow molding machine from Liuzhou Jingye Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jingye”) allows for the perfect production of specialized outdoor water bottles and sports cups that possess all the features mentioned above.
In the production process, in order to achieve the ideal product, Jingye’s engineers have overcome the following challenges:
1. The bottle is made from Tritan material by EASTMAN, a material that is safe and environmentally friendly and can even be used by infants and young children. However, its manufacturing process is relatively complex and places extremely high demands on equipment and molds.
2. The bottle opening is small, resulting in a higher inflation ratio;
3. The shapes are irregular, unconventional, highly rounded, and have uniform wall thickness that is difficult to control.
Leveraging its extensive experience in molding processes, Jingye has successfully addressed these molding challenges, enabling EASTMAN’s Tritan material to fully realize its outstanding performance and better meet customers’ high-quality requirements for finished products.
