1. Keeping the production environment and all machine components clean is a prerequisite for producing high-quality products.
2. Regularly check whether the machine’s fastening screws and locking nuts are loose, and tighten them if necessary.
3. The use of impure raw materials in production is strictly prohibited. When adding a small amount of recycled plastic materials, special care must be taken to ensure that no foreign objects such as iron filings or screws are mixed in, as these could damage the machine’s screw and barrel, hot runner system, or clog the nozzle.
4. Do not use organic solvents (such as turpentine, acetone, etc.) to clean the machine’s surface or electrical components.
5. If the machine is to be idle for an extended period, be sure to keep it dry, dust-free, and rust-proof.
